Building Trades

The Building Trades Program instructs students in the skills associated with residential house construction. Students are involved in a variety of building projects within the community that provide hands-on experience at live job sites.

Students who meet the requirements of the NCCER (National Center for Construction Education and Research) Contren curriculum will have the opportunity to receive a transcript and be registered on a National Registration Database that will follow them during careers and is recognized by many construction companies in the United States.

Successful completion of the program provides students with entry-level skills and a strong base for further training in the field of Building Trades.

Outcomes: Competency Certificate, Skill Profile, NOCTI Certification, NCCER National Registry
Transcript, and OSHA 10 and\or 30 Hour Safety Cards.
